Caretaker

3 mornings a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) the caretaker is present in the building, from 8:15-12:15.
The caretaker carries out daily minor maintenance, minor repairs and cleaning work. He is the contact person for the suppliers who carry out work here through Munnik. In addition, you can make arrangements with the caretaker about your mail during holidays or minor repairs to your apartment.
You can also order keys via the caretaker.

The caretaker's office is located at Column 21-25, near the door to the garage.
His mailbox hangs by this entrance door, on the garage side.

Do you want to stay cool through the summer? Please contact Ambiance Resec. They can install sun screens that have been approved by the architect.

Waste and bulky waste

Regular household waste must be deposited in a household waste bag in the appropriate containers.
These containers are located on various street corners in the immediate vicinity of our building.

Large and bulky waste that does not fit in the containers is collected early every Monday morning.
This waste can be placed on the sidewalk along the street opposite the entrance of nos 17-19 from 9 p.m. on Sunday evening.

Glass, paper and cardboard can be deposited in the containers intended for this purpose in the vicinity of our building.
For example, a large container for glass, paper and cardboard is on the Hobbemakade near the corner with Ruysdaelstraat.
